Upwardo is local-first, so export and recovery information are available even when a provider is down.
Export transaction history
Open Settings → Export to save the complete, multi-currency transaction history as a lossless CSV. Export remains available on the free plan and after a subscription ends.
Move to another device
Use device pairing while an existing device is available. Keep a Recovery Kit for the case where every device is lost.
Report a problem
Email [email protected] with the platform and app version. Never attach a receipt, ledger export, or Recovery Kit unless support explicitly explains why and you choose to.
